Introducing the NAQ Analysis:
The Nutritional Assessment Questionnaire (NAQ) results in a health visual, exclusive to Nutritional Therapy, called the Symptom Burden Graph. This demonstrates the level of dysfunction and symptom severity.
The NAQ examines a range of signs and symptoms you might be experiencing and their frequency. This can reveal underlying issues in your body that you may have ignored or come to accept as normal. These signs and symptoms are your body's way of indicating something isn’t right. By assessing the entire body and its interconnected systems, we can identify areas needing nutritional support.
The graph generated from the NAQ displays your symptoms in relation to the Nutritional Therapy Foundations, such as digestion, blood sugar control, hydration, fatty acids, and mineral balance. It also highlights how imbalances in these areas can impact your gut, energy levels, hormones, fertility, immune system, heart, brain, thyroid, and adrenal functions.
Recognizing your symptoms helps us provide customized recommendations, as there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Common symptoms may be accepted in society, but that doesn’t mean they are actually normal.

I will absolutely not judge you, and I will never make you do anything. You have the freedom to make your own decisions. I'll meet you exactly where you are. It's crucial that you feel comfortable being completely honest with me so I can support you. I am here to help guide you and collaborate with you. I am not a dictator.
If we discover that foods you love are significantly contributing to your symptoms, we may need to temporarily eliminate them. Once we restore balance, we can work on reintroducing those foods. Additionally, there are often recipe alternatives that let you enjoy your favorites without any unwanted effects.

Absolutely not. I do not believe you can truly be healthy on a restrictive diet. I believe we need a variety of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins from both plant and animal foods for optimal health. I also believe breakfast is the most important meal of the day, especially for hormone health.
If you have a history of diets like these, I can help you transition from them to a nutrient-dense, properly-prepared, whole-food way of eating that I teach.

Results take commitment. It usually takes about 3 months to see significant progress.
I also need to work with you for at least 3 months in order to properly equip you with the tools and resources you need to be savvy about your health even after working with me.
Month-to-month options are available after completing the 3-month program.

As an NTP, I can order functional labs. However, I am currently in training to learn how to use and interpret labs more effectively.
